LLM as a Service Investor Information

TLDR; Operate & Monetize AI in Production

What we do

Turn AI features into billable, reliable products. We’re the operations and monetization layer for teams running LLM features in production—usage-based billing, cost controls, safety, reliability, and analytics out of the box.

Why this matters

Prototyping AI is easy; running it safely and profitably at scale is hard. Teams need metering, budgets, overage billing, drift/quality checks, guardrails, and auditability—not another agent builder.

Core capabilities
Billing & Metering
  • Per-customer usage-based plans (tokens/calls/conversations)
  • Budgets & rate limits with hard/soft caps and alerts
  • Overage billing and proration; Stripe-ready workflows
  • Cost attribution by customer, feature, and model
Production Operations
  • Multi-model routing & failover to control cost/performance
  • Full observability: latency, cost, token/call traces, replay
  • Safety & governance: PII redaction, content filtering, policy guardrails, audit logs
  • Quality & drift: golden tests, regression checks, canarying
  • Data lifecycle: retention windows, export, workspace roles/permissions
Traction

Early customers are live in production; some have converted to paid. Feedback highlights faster go-live, clear cost controls, and confidence operating AI features without new infra.

Who we serve

SMB SaaS and agencies monetizing AI features where limits/overages, reliability, and analytics drive margin and customer experience.

Competitive snapshot
  • Cloud AI (AWS/Azure/GCP): Powerful but DIY—no turnkey billing/ops.
  • Toolkits (LangChain/Rasa): Flexible, but you must build & maintain the ops layer.
  • Chatbot builders: Easy front ends, weak on cost control, model choice, and analytics.
  • LLM as a Service: Purpose-built ops + monetization for production AI.
Summary

We don’t sell “another agent builder.” We make AI features run like a business—with usage-based revenue, cost predictability, safety, and reliability from day one. If you’re turning an AI demo into a durable product, we’re the missing layer.

Our Journey

  1. We needed LLMs in our SaaS.
We started by wiring up OpenAI like everyone else—but quickly discovered real-world fragility.

  2. Demos kept failing.
So we built auto–failover across models to guarantee uptime—even during live pitches.

  3. EU customers couldn’t comply.
They needed data residency. Now we have region-aware tenancy routing baked in.

  4. Sales feared PII leakage.
That fear drove us to develop automatic PII redaction, making our agents GDPR-ready.

  5. OpenAI on my credit card…
That was terrifying. We added token budgets and monitoring so usage is safe and predictable.

  6. Production wasn’t the end—it was the beginning.
We realized tuning prompts is a full-time job—so we added prompt templates and versioning.

  7. Updates broke things—but blindly changing prompts felt risky.
Now we have prompt analytics and feedback loops so performance is measurable and continuous.

  8. New LLMs arrive daily—who chooses which to use?
We built model management with 50+ models, and routing based on complexity or cost.

  9. “Why is Claude handling cat names?”
Because we route based on query type—classification-driven model routing ensures high-quality responses.

  10. Are agents used—and are they valuable leads?
We added usage analytics, conversation drivers, and lead detection powered by conversation analysis.

  11. Do agents still work as intended?
We built a validation framework: ongoing tests ensure agents stay accurate and reliable.

  12. ……

We Believe

  • Non-AI SaaS is legacy. Smart SaaS always includes intelligent agents.

  • AI features require ongoing tuning—not one-off builds.

  • No need to redeploy code for prompt or model changes.

  • Subject matter experts—not just devs—should drive AI behavior.

  • AI must be interactive and integrated—not static sidebar copy.

  • Existing frameworks build features; we manage user-facing products.

  • AI agents must evolve through real conversation data.

  • Creative users break assumptions—high‑quality AI demands monitoring and agility.

What we learned

Getting AI integrated to stream the first response is easy, but fragile.
Managing AI features as an ongoing  product requires constant
observation and iteration
.

We are not just another LLM interface. We are the AI management system for AI‑powered businesses—covering everything from compliance, customer billing, to continuous optimization
